Other Ingredients
Cellulose, gelatin, stearic acid. Contains 2% of: Magnesium silicate, magnesium stearate. No added sugar, yeast, preservatives, artificial flavors or colors.
Suggested Use
As a vitamin supplement, adults take one (1) capsule daily with any meal or as directed by your healthcare provider. Do not exceed recommended dosage. Individual results may vary.

Quite possibly the best supplement, period. I can’t rave about this enough!, Apr 24, 2017: My hair would shed like crazy all year round until I recently found these biotin capsules and with almost immediate results.
