Suggested Use
As a dietary supplement. adults take one (1) tablet daily with any meal. or as directed by your healthcare provider. Do not exceed recommended dosage.

Important Information: Extended use of high levels of Vitamin A (excluding Beta Carotene asthe source) may increase the risk to adults of developing osteoporosis.
