Key Ingredients:
L-Citruline: This is the second part of a seriously potent Nitric Oxide Boosting trifecta! You need A LOT of Arginine for it to actually work because so much of it is broken down by an enzyme called arginase and not used. Citrulline bypasses your liver and dodges arginase so your body can actually use it. Citrulline converts to Arginine from that point which will give you NO production. The Malate part is from Malic Acid . which helps your body regenerate more ATP energy. That’s the energy used in muscular contractions. Preventing pH from dropping by taking Beta Alanine allows you to train that muscle longer and past failure. DONE!

Creatine is undoubtedly one of the most important supplements for a bodybuilder to take. BUT what kind is BEST for a pre-workout. Regular creatine monohydrate is very good. but you need a lot of it since a good amount of it is not used by the body and turns into a waste product. Let me tell you what we DIDN’T want to do with KILL IT. You will notice Caffeine is the only stimulant in KILL IT – FOR A REASON. Too many stimulants constrict blood vessels which actually prevent muscle pumps. Plus having your heart rate too high during intense workouts can actually hinder your workouts and not allow you maintain the same intensity from the start of your workout until the end. 250 milligrams is about 2 strong cups of coffee; not too much and not too little.

Best in the business!! On January 23, 2017; I’d like to start off by saying I have been lifting and using different supplements for about 8 years now. I’ve tried just about everything out there. That being said 5% nutrition is hands down at the tip of the spear when it comes to the supp game. Kill it is an amazing pre workout that last through your entire workout and has no crash. Back it it up with BCAA “all day as you may” and for that extra pump “full as f@ck” for the ultimate workout combo! Thank you to Rich and the developers at 5% nutrition for delivering such an amazing product!

I will never take anything else. On March 29, 2017; Rich Piana, you hit this one outta the park. Used it today and I can gaurentee I will never use anything else again. I added 10 lb per set today. The pumps I got not to mention the energy just awsome. I dont ever take caffeine because it makes me very jittery, your product had no side effects at all. Great taste and dissolved completely. Very happy with your product. Thanks again for putting out a great product

Awesome pre workout! On June 23, 2016; Really great pumps, not a crazy jittery pre workout which is not my style. Great focus and the flavors are awesome. Also mixes very well
