L-Leucine – provides support to lean muscle tissue and provides energy, specifically when training intensely and help to maintain a positive nitrogen balance within the body. Leucine is referred to as a "limiting nutrient"; meaning the body requires L-Leucine in a specific ratio to other aminos to assimilate protein into the body. Leucine activates a major anabolic pathway called the mTOR pathway which stimulates muscles protein synthesis.
L-Valine – play a role in glucose metabolism, protein synthesis and provides immune support. It provides extra glucose for energy during times of hardcore training, making it a valuable addition for any athlete. It is also involved in the detoxifications of excess nitrogen in the liver.
L-Isoleucine – provides muscle recovery post-workout and has been found to be helpful to assist in supporting blood sugar levels already within normal range. Isoleucine plays a role in hemoglobin formation and can increase energy levels and extend endurance.

Suggested Use

Great energy! On January 24 2017; I started using this a few days a week for about a month now. I take a teaspoon in 27 ounces of water, drink 8 ounces before my workout and finish the remaining water during my workout. I feel like it gives me the energy to keep going.

Great Product!! On January 3 2017; Really happy with this product, does the job by giving you the BCAA’s that you need, but like it says on the tub, it is unflavored and tastes absolutely horrible with water, but what can you do, if you don’t like it then there are many flavoured options out there.

I recommend them to everyone! On May 1 2017; I prefer products like this, because no additional colors and flavors.It doesn’t dissolve in water, and it is very bitter that way. Really taste is not good but the way in which they accept taste does not matter.
These are perhaps the best BCAA I accepted. The raw material is quite clean and the price and quantity have no equal. Recovery me very well.
I’m still giving it 5 stars because it’s pure BCAA, no carbs, sweeteners, or flavors added.
