    Better product. On the 7th Month of May 2016; This magnesium is absorbed more easily by the body. It helps me by reducing muscle cramps and tightness.

    Magnesium Glycinate. On the 10th Month of October 2017; I’ve been using this brand for a while now. It has greatly reduced my adrenal fatigue and anxiety. When problems come up I just increase my nightly dosage. I would recommend this brand.

    excellent. On the 22nd Month of August 2017; The cramps in my legs and feet disappeared almost immediately and the quality of my sleep has improved.Palpitations have become rather rare. Obviously this is a good form of magnesium.

    Best Magnesium. On the 6th Month of October 2017; This is great for magnesium users who need to get higher doses. I use up to 800mg a day and after using Ultra-Mag from Source Naturals, I find that I prefer these. My relaxation combo now is 400mg Doctors Best Magnesium and 2 caps of Adrenal Essence from Pure Essence.

    Very good magnesium..On the 24th Month of July 2018; The best magnesium, IMO, is turate, glycinate, and malate. however this form proved to be exceptional and I now highly recommend it as well. Virtually all of us are lacking in magnesium and it does so much to help us sleep, relax (mind and muscles), increase endurance, helps fight depression, and much more.

    Take 1g or more right before bed with zinc and P-5-P. Makes my life a lot more amazing and enjoyable. 🙂
