Suggested Use
Recommendation: For best results, take 1 tablet in the morning and 1 tablet in the evening with water. Expect noticeable results within a few weeks of use.

Can’t live without it !!! Jan 10, 2017;Can’t live without it. I was depressed for a while and figured out it was connected with my hormone level. After taking Remifemin and Emerita Pro-Gest, I feel great and my old self again. Vitex ( Chasteberry) helps me, too. I can only recommend these natural supplements. Last but not least, Europharma VectoMega is better than Fish Oil.
