Healthy Origins 5-HTP (5-Hydroxytryptophan) is a naturally occurring substance extracted from the seeds of the Griffonia Simplicifolia plant. 5-HTP is a precursor to serotonin which is a vital neurotransmitter in the body. Suggested Use

Try it, it works! Feb 19, 2016;I’ve used 5-HTP for about 3 years now. My dosage needs vary on time of year and how much stress I’m having. It is so nice to be off anti-depressants. This is the only brand I’ve ever used.

Life saver Aug 06, 2016;What can i say about this miracle, well let’s just say that I have been diagnosed with clinical depression & refused medication so i looked to mother nature & she has given me a cure!!!. 5-htp works great! May 02, 2016;I couldn’t believe how well this worked! It worked wonderfully for my Fibromyalgia and Rheumatoid Arthritis. No more tightness in my shoulders and it was great for my morning stiffness.
