Alpha lipoic acid is a winner, Feb 07, 2016: Great product. My husband is diabetic. With alpha lipoic acid, he is able to reduce the amount of insulin used for the same blood glucose control and has no neuropathy. For me, with the known alpha lipoic acid effect of vascular genesis, at the age of 62, I still look 40! We both intend to continue using this product for the rest of our lives.

Super, Nov 08, 2017: I am a type2 diabetic and I noticed my memory got worse. Since I took this product, I am keen and feel so nice without sleepiness. Later I found that ALA is good for diabetic neuropathy because it is a powerful antioxidant that protects nerve cell which is prone to be damaged in high glucose blood. This is super nice product for diabetics.
