Biotin (Vitamin B7) is a water soluble, essential B vitamin which is naturally found in bread, liver, pork, salmon, avocado, cheddar cheese and egg yolks. It may also be found in certain bacterial colonies in the large and small intestines. Biotin is widely known for its importance in cellular development and its assistance in fatty acid, carbohydrate, glucose and amino acid metabolism.

Great Biotin. On March 15 2017 : I started taking Biotin because my fingernails were in such bad shape. I am really happy with it and like the fact that the pills are much smaller than another brand I took in the past.

Good product. On April 10 2017 : I’ve been taking 1 capsule per day for about a week, and there is big improvement in skin condition. I had red dry patches on a face after winter and they are almost gone. Plus the hair is getting smooth and silky.
