For a Healthy Heart. On October 22 2016 : I take 1-2 of these daily to protect my heart. I have been on a treatment for cancer for over 7 years that is known to cause heart damage and have always taken CoQ10 the entire time. I have regular tests to monitor my heart function and so far so good!

Essential supplement for cardiovascular health! On June 21 2017: My husband’s heart health has improved!! Everyone over 50 or taking a statin drug should take CoQ10. Statins deplete the body of this co-enzyme, which, along with L-Carnitine, is essential to cardiovascular health.
