Suggested Use

Impressive results Jun 16, 2016;I have 2 bad heart valves and have been taking CoQ10 for about 15 years with some relief from tachycardia, palpitations and shortness of breath. Since starting Ubiquinol 50 mg 60 days ago, I’ve had only one very short, mild episode of palpitations. I used to have them several times a week, very debilitating. This really works! Dec 08, 2016;My dad has congestive heart failure and he seems to respond to CoQ10 and Ubiquinol very well. It is an uphill climb, but he has more energy and is getting to be himself again. His lungs were filling up with fluid and when in the ICU he was given dopamine and albumin. He is not swelling anymore at home and is staying pretty well hydrated

Excellent Product Dec 07, 2016;I have been taking coQ10 for 15 years and decided to switch to the active form (ubiquinol) now that I am getting older. I noticed a real difference in the amount of energy I have and my blood pressure has come down. I take 1 a day, everyday, it is the only supplement I never forget to take. Bioidentical CoQ10 Aug 19, 2016;Ubiquinol definitely gives me more energy (I’m 40). I wish I could afford to take 100mg. I wanted a CoQ10 without vitamin E, and this product has none. I like the ingredients. I take ubiquinol first thing in the morning with coffee.
