Suggested Use

Good and strong vitamin d3 product! On October 20 2017 : I trust the quality of Healthy Origins. Vitamin D3 is only synthetic which is really working and I’m really using. Really important at winter time, when you don’t have possibilites of gettin enough sunlight. I noticed that this product prevent for example depression and flus. Depends on mood how ofteh and how much do I take this, but I remmend to take them with extra virgin olive or coconut oil for better absorption.

Good vitamin D3. On December 20 2017 : Ive been using this about two years with multivitamins and I can say this combination works very well.
Now it is about a year without any flu and that is really something for me.

Good Product! On January 3 2017 : I’ve had good luck with this product. It seems to work well for me. The gel caps are small and easy to swallow.
