Healthy Origins Vitamin K2 (from Natto) provides Vitamin K2 in its most biologically active form called Menaquinone-7 or MK-7 for short. Vitamin K2 as MK-7 has superior absorption and retention in the body when compared to Vitamin K1 – the typical supplemental form. Natural Vitamin K2 may help to support bone health, cardiovascular health, calcium metabolism and arterial health.
Other Ingredients
Organic extra virgin olive oil, vegetarian softgel (non-GMO corn starch, glycerin, carrageenan, water), beeswax, non-GMO sunflower lecithin. No milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat or soy. No preservatives or artificial flavors.

Highly recomend! On October 11 2016: Great features:
1. MK-7 right type of vitamin K2 for arteries decalcification
2. Good price-value ratio
3. Reasonable daily dosage (maybe twice a day would be more recommended if it is taken as a medicine and not as a prevention)

Best K2 on the market! On March 15 2018 : After trying a number of types and brands of Vitamin K2, I have found the Healthy Origins K2(MK-7) the most effective of all for a healthy well-being feeling and for improving my metabolic function. I swear by it. I use 300 mcg per day and find it a very economical purchase.

Good for sensitive teeth. On November 10 2017 : When I stop taking this MK-7, my sensitive-tooth problem always comes back. Curiously, Natto does nothing, but this mk-7 always works (n=1 experiment).
