Best value ashwagandha for long term use Sep 07, 2016;This is very good for boosting thyroid function and as an overall tonic for the hormonal and nervous systems. Has a mild calming affect on overworking adrenals and is strengthening to the whole body. If you don’t find it effective try the Planetary Herbals brand as it’s a slightly different formulation (I found their effects slightly different). However the PH one contains allergens, which is why I switched to this one.

Fixed my psoriasis May 13, 2017;I had psoriasis on both head and body (on the head for a decade.) Two capsules of this product before breakfast got rid of all the plaques on my body; small amount recurred on one elbow after a while, but it’s nothing like as bad as it was. On the head is not so bad either. Use of topical steroids much less. Easier to keep calm too. This product is on my must-have list!
