Love it Oct 19, 2016;No fish burp. lighter periods and cramping. improved energy and tolerance for sugar–i’m glucose intolerant and would try to avoid sugar, but even the slightest amount (in nuts or tomatoes or other foods) would give me a sore throat and other intolerance symptoms. this seems to have definitely helped. i will order more

Better Absorption Nov 05, 2016;Taking this in place of regular fish oil capsules for better absorption (claims phospholipids have 5 times higher absorption than fish oil)and hence fewer capsules to take per day. I don’t get any “fish” aftertaste. At the reduced dosage, they seem to help with joint inflamation as much as the fish oil I’ve been taking

Easy to take Jan 23, 2016;I have been taking these softgels for a couple of weeks now, and I like them very much. They do not taste fishy like some do, and they are small enough to be able to swallow easily. They are not sticky, which is also very helpful.
