Jarrow Formulas Flaxseed Oil softgels provide the finest source of cold-pressed flaxseed oil. These softgels provide a rich source of the omega-3 fatty acid, alpha-linolenic acid (18:3n-3). The flaxseed oil is extracted from organically-grown flaxseeds by an expeller-press, cold-extraction method that safeguards the special long chain fatty acids from excessive heat. The oil is also protected from light and oxygen during both extraction and encapsulation. Jarrow Formulas Flaxseed Oil is organic, unrefined flaxseed oil and contains all the natural constituents found in fresh flaxseed oil.
Other Ingredients
Softgel consists of bovine gelatin, glycerin and purified water. No wheat, gluten, soybeans, dairy, egg, fish/shellfish, or peanuts/tree nuts.
Suggested Use
Take 1 softgel up to 3 times per day, preferably with meals or as directed by your qualified healthcare professional.

I feel that the texture is in place in a few days. On the 25th Month of February 2016; Fish oil's odor and feces do not fit, buy here. Frequent bowel movement, the condition of the skin is also good. Because I am drinking a lot else, it is one grain per day.

Quality Flax. On the 12th Month of March 2016; I’m noticing improvements that are associated with flax supplementation, I use Jarrow for nearly everything I can. Cheap as well.
