Pantothenic Acid is a member of the B vitamin family; this vitamin is typically found in meat, eggs, legumes, mushrooms, broccoli and royal jelly. Pantothenic Acid is essential for the production of energy (via the Krebs Cycle), the synthesis of adrenal hormones, protein metabolism and wound healing. Alcohol consumption reduces pantothenic acid in tissues and impairs its metabolism.
Other Ingredients
Cellulose and magnesium stearate (vegetable source). Capsule consists of hydroxypropylmethylcellulose. . No wheat, gluten, soybeans, dairy, egg, fish/shellfish, or peanuts/tree nuts.
Suggested Use
Take 1 capsule per day with a meal or as directed by your qualified healthcare professional.

Good Quality Oct 23, 2016;Good for the Adrenal Glands they use quite a lot of B5 along with vitamin c and magnesium. Do a search on Adrenal Fatigue and find out more.

B-5 Aug 14, 2016;I have been using B-5 for 30 years to keep me from getting irritable under pressure. I use 2000mg [two thousand] when needed and by a clock it will calm me down in 20 minutes. All the folks in my family use it. Great stuff.
