Selenium Synergy contains a highly effective form of selenium, methylselenocysteine, in a synergistic formulation with Glucoraphanin, vitamin B2 (riboflavin) and vitamin E.
Other Ingredients
Cellulose, calcium phosphate, maltodextrin, magnesium stearate (vegetable source) and silicon dioxide. Capsule consists of bovine gelatin. No wheat, gluten, soybeans, dairy, egg, fish/shellfish, or peanuts/tree nuts.
Suggested Use
Take 1 capsule per day or 1 every other day, or as directed by your qualified healthcare professional.

Note: The total amount of selenium supplemented from all sources should not exceed the tolerable upper intake level (UL) for selenium of 400 mcg/day. Exellent for hair and nails May 30, 2016;By the end of the first bottle my nails had stopped splitting. After finishing 2 bottles, my hair was growing surprisingly quickly, thick and shiny. Great product!

This the ONLY Selenium to buy !! !! Dec 06, 2016;My doctor recommended to buy only this form of Selenium however this company is the only manufactor of the form they use. Without this company there would not exist this form of Selenium. I can tell a big difference between this product & form of ingredients then any other brand or ingredients I’ve taken. And, I have tried ALL of them out there! Trust is huge in this industry

The best form to absorp Sep 28, 2016;This for of Selenium is the best as far as I know. The form is important because not al kinds(forms)of selenium will have the same level of absorption. I like this one also because of the dosage! I take it once daily.
