Suggested Use

(vegetable source) and silicon dioxide. Capsule consists of
hydroxypropylmethylcellulose. No wheat, gluten, soybeans, dairy, egg,

Love this stuff! Aug 11, 2016;Just need one 1/2 hour before bed, and sleep sooo good. Or if I’m feeling anxious, pop one, and feel better!
