Not so sure, but it helps I think May 17, 2017 ;Well, the premise is that when you take CLA, it keeps the fat tissues from storing up. I think that it helps. When I started taking this, I haven’t went up the scales so bad that I can’t get it down. Usually when I go back up 1 kg, it’s a case of too-much-food-in-the-stomach. One phenomenal bathroom break and it’s all gone, I’m back to my size. I’ve been improving since I took this. Before I can’t keep up with my goal of losing 1kg per week, but with this I am gradually catching up with my goal.

MRM CLA 1450 A+ Mar 15, 2016 ;Best product of this kind I used so far. I take only half the dosage and find that is sufficient enough for me. The tablets aren’t too big to swallow either
