Great for Charcoal Masks, May 08, 2018;Im not using this in the intended way internally but I use it to make charcoal masks and for whiter teeth. For those uses I can really recommend this product.

works very well, Oct 10, 2018;i combine a capsule with coconut oil for oil pulling amd it removes coffee stains from teeth effectively for face masks i mix equal parts bentonite clay ,charcoal & a little bit of water to form a paste and my skin feels really purified afterwards 🙂 great product
