Those 2 work better together They have definitely worked for me. Blessed Thistle is for the flow of milk. Fenugreek is for the actual milk production.

Good for milk Dec 01, 2017 ;In combination with fenugreek and Mother’s Milk tea, it really increased my milk supply (i pump, so i can see the difference). There were days, when i used only one of the above three and i could still see good results. It came to a point when i had to freeze the excess milk! 🙂
