Suggested Use
Take 2 capsules two to three times daily.

Works wonders for breastfeeding Aug 12, 2016 ;At first I didn’t’ know if this product was working; then I ran out… It was defiantly working. I lost a lot of my milk supply and when I started using again, I was able to get my milk supply back. I love this stuff.
