In this way Butterbur may help to maintain head comfort in healthy individuals. NOW Butterbur is also free of undesirable Pyrrolizidine Alkaloids (PA’s), so it can be used regularly.

Cellulose (capsule), cellulose powder, silica, magnesium stearate (vegetable source) and stearic acid (vegetable source).
Suggested Use
Take 1 capsule 2 to 3 times daily.

RN’s weekly migraines disappear, Jan 02, 2016:I am a Registered Nurse & began taking this Butterbur three times a day last June. I had suffered with migraines weekly. Since June, I have had only 1 full blown migraine. I will never stop taking Butterbur.

Will not be without this, Nov 07, 2016:I have noticed a difference with the severity, duration and occurance of my headaches. I will not be without Butterbur because this product helps my headaches.

Butterbur/Feverfew, Mar 24, 2016:I used to get headaches frequently (2-3 times a week). Since I started taking two of these each day a couple years ago, I rarely get a headache (maybe once in 6 months). I will continue this product forever.
