Vitamin C is an essential nutrient well known for its vital role in the immune system. It is a highly effective antioxidant that can protect the body’s structure from oxidative damage generated during normal metabolism. Vitamin C is also necessary for the production of collagen and is therefore important for the skin, bone, and joint health. This product includes Bioflavonoids, which work synergistically to support Vitamin C utilization.

Cellulose (capsule), stearic acid (vegetable source), magnesium stearate (vegetable source) and silica. Not manufactured with wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish or tree nut ingredients. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.

On the 2nd Month of December 2018; Everyone who trains should take Vitamin C, as it scavenges free radicals that are a byproduct of weight training. Free radicals cause cell damage. Years ago I read an article by Arnold that said he took one Vitamin C 1000 mg after every workout. Since then, so have I. NOW is an excellent company and for the price you will not find a better Vitamin C.

On the 15th Month of January 2018; I really like the NOW products. It is nice to find a Vit C in 1000 mg and in a high quantity!

On the 4th Month of December 2018; It’s pretty good in comparison to other product. I like it because it is easy to swallow. Since I’ve tried many other product from other companies and now have moved on to NOW; it is by far the best product I’ve ever used
