GMP Quality Assured D-Mannose is a naturally occurring simple sugar that your body utilizes to help cleanse the urinary tract and maintain a healthy bladder lining. It’s metabolized only in small amounts, with excess amounts rapidly excreted in urine, so it won’t interfere with healthy blood sugar regulation. Clinical studies have demonstrated that, when taken regularly, D-mannose promotes normal urinary tract function by cleansing and maintaining the health of the bladder lining.
Other Ingredients
Hypromellose (cellulose capsule), rice flour, stearic acid (vegetable source), magnesium stearate (vegetable source) and silicon dioxide. Suggested Use
Take 3 capsules 1 to 3 times daily. Take with water or unsweetened juice, such as unsweetened cranberry juice.

This Product Changed My Life!, Jan 16, 2016; I was skeptical, but desperate. After years of treatment I became allergic to sulfa, resistant to macrobid, and disgusted when doctor recommended daily keflex. I used one dose (3 caps) every 4 hours for 7-10 days to clear an active infection. I now take one dose a day for prevention, bump it back up for a day or two if bladder feels “stressed,” and I’m fine. (I’ll be taking the bottle along to my 6-month checkup this month) Stick with it–it works!
