D-Mannose is a naturally occurring simple sugar that is metabolized only in small amounts by the body, with the remainder being rapidly excreted with the urine. In the urinary tract, D-Mannose interferes with particle attachment and allows everything to be flushed out in the urine stream. Clinical studies have demonstrated that when taken regularly, D-Mannose can help to maintain a healthy urinary tract. Because insubstantial amounts of D-Mannose are used by the body, it does not interfere with healthy blood sugar regulation.

None. Not manufactured with yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish or tree nut ingredients. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.
Suggested Use
Take 1 level teaspoon 1 to 2 times daily. Take with water or unsweetened juice, such as unsweetened cranberry juice.

Actually Works, On Jul 06, 2016;I call this the miracle powder. It has cured me of cronic urinary tract infections. Cranberries did nothing for me, this actually works!

UNBELIEVABLY PLEASED, On Nov 21, 2017;I was in a constant cycle of getting really painful urinary tract infections and thanks to this product I haven’t felt that horrible burning sensation in over two months! I absolutely love this stuff!!!It’s easy to take, it tastes virtually like nothing and it works wonders. Recommend to all who have tried everything and nothing has worked thus far. LOVE IT!! On Aug 01, 2016;For a long time i had been in and out of the doctors office for cronic UTI’s and even a Kidney infection from a runaway UTI. I’ve tryed several different antibiotics (my body kept building up tolerences so we had to switch several times)with no permanent results. So then I tryed D-Mannose used it daily for about 2 months and then after that only if i think i have one starting and i havent had one in over a year!!! THIS IS THE BEST EVER!
