Review of GABA Sep 13, 2016 ;I’ve been taking GABA for about 3 years. I can say that not only does it help me sleep better, but, in general, I’m much calmer than I have ever been

Works great for daily or sometimes usage Mar 18, 2016 ;I like to take this before bed and on days I am really nervous. I used this on a day I had to give my speech, I took like four or five O_O but it did work well. I wouldn’t recommend taking five though, I’m just a really nervous person and two wasn’t getting it

GABA goodness Nov 16, 2016 ;Apparently not much GABA can actually pass through the blood brain barrier via supplementation (according to what I’ve read online), but I tend to take this product on an empty stomach and am convinced it eases my mood (or helps me fall back asleep if I take it upon waking up in the middle of the night).

Stress…Not anymore Nov 18, 2016 ;This product was recommended for stress in association with migrains. I would drop into a migrain with the least little stress, lot’s of head traumas made me very sensitive to stress. All I had to do was cry or get mad…YIKES! I have been taking GABA along with 5-HTP and L-Tyrosine and I haven’t had a migraine for over a month. Unheard of!
