Suggested Use
Take 2 softgels 1 to 2 times daily with food.

Best E Complex Nov 03, 2016 ;I was slightly perturbed by the assertion “first E complex not to contain GM derivates”: I just ASSUMED health food supplements did not! In any case, this is the best balanced E complex I found on the International Market. I am using it to speed up recovery after an episode of DVT, but I am also seeing advantages in the condition of my skin.

Good for my back Oct 11, 2016 ;My chiropractor told me to take gamma-tocopherol E to help with my low back, which frequently felt as if spasms were imminent. This worked for me. I do also take CoQ10 and salmon oil.
