Maca (Lepidium meyenii) is grown at high elevations in the Andes region of central Peru. It has been traditionally used for centuries as a food source and as a general energy tonic. More recent scientific data suggest that "gelatinized" Maca may help to support healthy sexual activity and fertility for men. Clinical data indicate that Maca does not exert a direct effect on endocrine function.
Other Ingredients
Cellulose (capsule), rice flour, silica and magnesium stearate (vegetable source). Not manufactured with yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish or tree nut ingredients. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens. Natural color variation may occur in this product.
Suggested Use
Take 1 capsule 1 to 2 times daily.

Very good, on May 25, 2016;-My mother quit taking thyroid meds after a couple of months of maca. she was slightly hypo but very symptomatic. now she finds the meds too strong which means maca healed her thyroid. she also take kelp for the iodine.

Helped me get pregnant! on Dec 21, 2016;After taking Maca for 2 weeks I could tell a huge difference. It helped me sleep. I did not have all my ovulation pains and nausea nor did I have PMS.
