Suggested Use

Great Source of Fiber! Nice Price! On the 9th month of September 2017; Great product to help you get your fiber! Actually apple fiber is an excellent source of dietary fiber, including 25% soluble and 75% insoluble.

love these. On the 3rd Month of May 2018; I mix this powder with protein shakes and leave it to soak overnight with liquid. That way it doesn’t taste gritty.
