Rutin is a bioflavonoid related to quercetin and hesperidin found in both citrus and non-citrus fruits, as well as other foods such as buckwheat. Rutin is a powerful combatant of free radicals and is best known for its role in vascular health. Rutin helps to maintain the structural integrity of blood vessels, such as veins and capillaries. Scientific studies suggest that it may help to support vascular function and promote healthy circulation. NOW Rutin is vegetarian and derived from a non-citrus source.
Other Ingredients
Cellulose (capsule), stearic acid (vegetable source) and silica. Not manufactured with wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish or tree nut ingredients. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.
Suggested Use

I’M HAPPY, Aug 01, 2016; I HAVE BEEN TAKING THIS OFF AND ON FOR YEARS AND SO I TOLD MY NEIGHBOR ABOUT IT SO HE DIDN’T HAVE TO HAVE HEMMROID SURGERY AND HE CAN’T THANK ME ENOUGH .AND IS STILL TAKING THEM AND SAID HE WILL PROBABLY TAKE THEM THE REST OF HIS LIFE ..THANKS SO MUCH

I Thought It Wasn’t Working, Jun 09, 2017; until I let it run out! I started using Rutin for tingling in my feet. When I ran out, I’d thought the Rutin wasn’t doing much of anything which was stupid because the tingling had stopped. I’m finally having to admit I’m peri-menopausal (cry) and it was also helping with flushing (which I thought were from my other vitamins). I’ll never let it run out again!!
