Yucca is a popular herb from a shrub which grows in the southwest U.S deserts. It has been used by Native American herbalists for hundreds of years.
Other Ingredients
Gelatin (capsule), magnesium stearate (vegetable source) and stearic acid (vegetable source). Not manufactured with yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish or tree nut ingredients. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.
Suggested Use
Take 2 capsules 1 to 3 times daily.

Use this for my nails, Oct 05, 2016:I started using this product years ago for arthritis pain and have very little now. A side benefit is that my nails grow long and sturdy.
