NO TABLETS Dukes. On the 14th Month of June 2018; Creatine is a safe and effective supplement, and should be a standard for most, if not all, gym goers. I avoid using creatine as caps or tabs because they’re usually big and hard to swallow, unlike the powders which i mix with pre workout before gym. I like to take creatine before a workout to build my muscle creatine for the session, allowing me to lift heavier and have more physical endurance. If i stop taking creatine for a while i do a creatine loading phase where i take 4-5 scoops daily for 4-5 days, then continue with the recommended dosage. This way you optimize you body’s creatine levels.

VERY HIGH QUALITY CREATINE Paul On the 8th Month of October 2018; Kre-Alkalyn is one of the best forms of creatine that i have used and is on par with the Creapure and Creatine HCL forms which i usually go for throughout the year to support muscle strength during intense dieting phases, i feel that this is an awesome fat loss suitable form of creatine due to it working great to provide a boost in muscular strength levels and fullness without any undesirable water bloating which can occur when using lower quality basic creatine monohydrate supplements, this also provides no side effects such as stomach upset and headaches which makes it a superior version to go for, this form of creatine also works great at lower doses such as 2.5-3 grams per day which can be obtained through consuming 2 to 3 of these high dosed capsules per day. Overall i feel that this is one great creatine based supplement that works very well to improve maximum strength levels which i notice through being able to perform an extra 2-3 reps on most of my main lifts without having to reduce the weights used, this also lets me add a few kilos to my squats, bench press, deadlifts, shoulder press and bicep curls whilst still being able to maintain a decent 7-12 reps which i normally stick with to allow for progress to be made in gaining more muscle mass during bulking phases. This works well on its own during fat loss phases to allow for the retention of strength levels which i feel allows for more lean muscle mass to be preserved when running on reduced caloric and carbohydrate intakes to make more favourable improvements in overall body composition by holding on to hard earned lean muscle mass and losing unwanted stored body fat.
