Direction
Take 1 scoop before training, 1 during training and 1 directly after training. Mix with some water, fruit juice or for maximum resulst with Dextro Juice Pro or Wazy Maize. ONE OF THE BEST BCAA. On the 4th Month of May 2018; Recently i switched from Optimum Nutrition BCAA on Olimp BCAA Xplode and it turns out it’s a very decent product. The instruction says to use it before/after workout but to be quite honest Olimp Redweiler is much better for pre workout while BCAA Xplode can be used between sets(someone mentioned that in his review) and after workout since you need BCAA for regeneration. I now take a bottle of water with this mixed in and drink between sets. Tastes good too.

On the 26th Month of April 2018; First of all, amazing value for a kilogram of BCAAs from a leading brand like Olimp, the size and value for money is incredible working out at 39.9p a full serving(10g of this is quite a bit). The taste isn’t incredible, but by no means is it bad, I ordered orange and it tastes a bit like a weak orange squash. The effects are great, sustained focus and energy combating any ‘crash’ a pre might give you. I would recommend this product, I use it as an intra-workout and will buy again, especially if it’s put back on promotion! Only negative would be the lack of a proper scoop, but otherwise, great product!

On the 18th Month of October; There is a reason why this bad boy is ranked fourth on the top 40 list and guess why because it is the beast everyone requires i mean go home if you don’t have this . the amino acids are the best in the industry by far there is no competitor for a product generally this good. i mean the 2;1;1 proportion tells you the whole story it makes it easy for you to gain all the good aminos from this amazing product.I would recommend this to everyone

On the 18th Month of May 2017; Not bad if im honest! Doesn’t taste ‘too’ chemically, which is what i’ve became accustomed too with most BCAA’s I trial run and doesn’t have a sour aftertaste, little too sweet for my taste buds though! Not a high chance I’d buy again but still impressed with it.
