Directions

GLUTAMINE. On the 22nd Month of May 2018; The answer to muscle preservation whilst on a cutting diet. You can definitely drop body fat and preserve muscle when on a calorie deficit but the boost that glutamine gives you is worth every single penny. Glutamine makes up 35% of all muscle tissue so if you look at it in simplistic terms, it reduces muscle catabolism by35%. 35% of muscle you’ve worked hard all bulking season to gain! Works! On the 18th Month of February 2017; This is the first time I used this brand but it works so far, it helps my digestion and chew the fat, I have RA but consider my self healthy. I started using this when I had problems with my digestions that triggered sever joints pain, been to doctors they couldnt help, I read about this product and used it but from another brand, so far it treated my internals after few days from using it. Bought this one because it was better deal.
