Directions:

GOOD VEG REPLACEMEN. On the 22nd Month of April 2018; Vegetables are the hardest thing to meal prep, carboyhydrates and proteins are easy but vegetables are the ones which don’t keep for as long or simply dont taste good when they arent cooked fresh! I like taking multivitamins to ensure I get all my essential minerals and vitamins for days when I dont have time to cook fresh vegetables with my prepared carb and protein sources, this is a really good multivitamin for active people.

LOVE THE STUFF. On the 6th Month of March 2018; I have wanted a multi vitamin that is strong enough im dodage where i only need to take one a day and this is definitely the best one that i have used so far. The pill size is vey small so it can be easily taken. The overall serving size was 60 which meant that when i bought this it would last me nearly 2 month. The overall price of this product is out standing and its one of the best multi vitamin products out thier.

GOOD MULTIVITAMIN. On the 12th Month of February 2018; I think it’s quite hard to write a detailed review about a multivitamin because a lot of them are so similar.However when taking this multivitamin I did notice a few things, one thing I noticed was that I slept better, that might be mind over matter but I generally feel like I slept better and my sleeps felt much more effective when it came down to my energy levels, also I did feel stronger whilst using this product which is of course always a good thing!!

ESSENTIAL. On the 15th Month of February 2018; How do you review a multi-vitamin? Well, I’ve been taking these regularly for about 6 months as I don’t always have time to add veg to my meals. I’ve noticed I’ve become ill less frequently than usual, meaning more time in the gym. My sleep has become better, meaning more energy in the gym. All in all meaning more gains. A good multi vitamin is key to any weight lifting plan
