The legendary Trikatu (three spices) compound has been used for more than 1,000 years in Ayurveda. This warm, spicy blend has traditionally been used to support digestion, the lungs and sinuses and counter the excessive production of mucus in the digestive system. Modern research has shown Trikatu to increase digestive absorption and assimilation by promoting rapid absorption through the intestines.
Other Ingredients
Acacia gum, sorbitol, stearic acid, silica, modified cellulose gum, and magnesium stearate. Contains wheat and soy.
Suggested Use
2 tablets twice daily between meals.
Warnings
Store in a cool, dry place. Not for use by women who are pregnant, may become pregnant, breastfeeding, or by children under 1 year of age. Do not use if either tamper-evident seal is broken or missing. Keep out of the reach of children.

Works May 13, 2016 ;I took these to help my digestion move better, and it works. Come to think of it, I have had some phlegm in my throat and nose that seem to have disappeared, but my original intention for using it was to help balance a kapha imbalance.

Good Stuff Mar 02, 2017 ;Took it more for an intestinal cleanse than to cure sinus issues, but found it worked to quell thet hayfever a bit too. Quite spicy tablets, so need to take with a flavoured beverage chaser or plenty of water or I found they burned a little (not painful, just noticable!). Very good brand. Prefer to others.
