Good Quality. On the 11th Month of December 2017; First of all, there is a scoop (500mg), so you can easily measure out a single dose. It’s really no harder to find than the scoops in whey protein bottles or other powders from my experience (2 containers).When I first open the ALCAR container it looked like a fairly dry high quality powder… but I’ve noticed that over time it becomes hard and “rocks” develop, so it seems like moisture from the air is affecting the product over time. So, I agree, a moisture absorbent would be a good addition, but in the mean time if you put about 10+ grams in a smaller container and take your daily dose from that, you can greatly reduce the number of times the main container is exposed to moisture and this seems to help.

Watch out for humidity. On the 6th Month of January 2017; I’m giving this product a FIVE star rating because it’s CHEAPER than the other “pill form” ALCAR’s out there. The price alone makes this a great deal unbeatable deal so it deserves a FIVE.Now I will say this, I live on the (humid) Gulf Coast and once you open the jar humidity just rushes into it. The first set of pills was no problem to make but after that the humidity and moisture made it “clump” so that it was very difficult to work with.

Cheap and effective. On the 15th Month of September 2017; ALCAR is one of my favorite workout supplements/ general health supplements. Taken before a workout it gives some mental stamina and helps keep your muscles from being too damaged, which helps with not feeling broken the next day. I buy Primaforces brand because it’s honestly the cheapest you can find that is still high quality.So everyone knows, ALCAR will taste sour/bitter and smell of vinegar, that is normal. Clumping is also an issue after a while, the bottom of my jar is always just a giant clump that I break up with the scoop. It doesn’t have any fillers or binders so that’s to be expected.

EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS. On the 22nd Month Of April 2018; After recovering from a heart blockage and stent placement I did a lot of research to find natural things to strengthen my heart. Among the various things I found was Acetyl-L-Carnitine. Based upon the stated properties I decided to try some and went to Amazon where I found this product among many others. ALCAR seemed to offer a lot for the dollar so I ordered it. I would describe the effects as like being on a mild speed without the anxiousness. It definitely gives you energy and the other purported benefits to the heart I can only guess until I have a follow-up examination by my cardiologist.

Great price for what you get! On the 17th Month of November 2017; I was in the market for buying some carnitine for some home made preworkout I wanted to make. After searching through countless products and YouTube videos, I came across this.Everyone that has takin this seemed to have liked it. So I gave it a shot, and I was not disappointed. For all the people saying it clumps up, yes it does, but if you just shake the container before opening it breaks down again. Mine also came with a moisture pack inside, so I guess the heard the complaints.Overall, this product is great to add to some sort of preworkout or be takin on its own. Very effective and will definitely order some again when I run out.
