Good Triphala. On the 5th Month of January 2016; It has a mild action at the beginning. The tablets have salty coating with mint oil flavor which tastes pleasant. I have tried a number of Triphalas on . All of them are good and detoxifying. Savesta’s is quite gentle, not harsh.

Nice effect. On the 11th Month of May 2017; Since this is a trial package and it only has 10 tabs, I can’t really make an accurate comment on it. But from what I have been experiencing, I notice that my bowel movement has become more regular since I started taking this. So I guess it’s quite effective.
