Directions
Shake well before use. As a dietary supplement for adults, take 0.5 ml (62.5 mcg) or 1.0 mL (125 mcg) daily, with a meal, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Can be mixed in beverages or taken straight from the dropper. Calibrated dropper inside.

Very pleased. On the 29th Month of April 2019; Look no further for an excellent D3 supplement. I have been ordering this brand for my spouse who has M.S. for over two years and he go gets a Vitamin D level drawn every 6 months. Before he started this Solgar brand his level was low but now it is up to where his neurologist is satisfied.. Great taste and easy to take . I believe liquid form for some is more absorbable than a pill.

Really nice Vitamin D3. On the 5th Month of April 2019; I loved the gentle orange flavour of this vitamins. I did dissolve a few drops in the glass of water and consumed it first thing in the morning. Really nice Vitamin D3

My favorite brand of VitD. On the 14th Month of July 2019; I’ve been taking vitamin D for a few years. It was actually prescribed by my endocrinologist after she ran a test that showed severe deficiency. I guess there is some problem with absorbtion as I live in California and there is plenty of sun here. Anyway, I’ve tried different pills till accidentally bought Liquid VitD by Solgar at the local Whole Foods. Somehow this one keeps the levels up better than others. At least in my case. Its a bit cheaper to buy online. I am not paid for this review neither do I get free product. This is a real opinion of a real customer.

Easy and taste good. On the 16th Month of July 2019; This product makes it easy to get in a vegan vitamin d. The taste is super suttle and you get a hint of orange. Great product!

Highly recommend. On the 11th Month of November 2018; This is the ONLY vitamin D supplement that brought my levels up to normal. I tried many brands of capsules, but this liquid beats them all. My doctor was thrilled to see normal levels for the first time in many years.
