Phytosterols are natural components of plants, including vegetable and grains. Numerous clinical studies have demonstrated that plant phytsosterols can help to support healthy cholesterol levels already within the normal range. The tree main phystosterols in phytosterol complex are beta-stigmasterol. They are natural, safe, and derived entirely from plant sources.
Other Ingredients
Microcrystalline cellulose, dibasic calcium phosphate, hydroxypropyl cellulose, stearic acid, modified cellulose, magnesium stearate, and silica. Contains soy. Suitable for vegetarians. Contains no yeast, dairy, egg, gluten or wheat. Contains no sugar, starch, preservatives, or artificial color, flavor or fragrance.
Suggested Use
1 tablet 3 times daily, just before or with any meal containing fat.
Warnings
Do not take this product if you have been diagnosed with sitosterolemia. If you are pregnant, may become pregnant, or breastfeeding, consult your health care professional before using this product. Do not use if either tamper-evident seal is broken or missing. Keep out of the reach of children.

This is the One Sep 18, 2016;This compound contains a sufficient dosage of plant sterols to significantly lower cholesterol, in alignment with research protocols that have been conducted over the past several years. Many other products contain low levels of plant sterols. If taken as recommended, this one slightly exceeds the amount necessary to lower your cholesterol. I have seen a 20% drop in my total cholesterol level by using this product.

Prostate health Sep 19, 2016;Beta sitosterol is building a track record for improved prostate health. men over the age of 50 would do well to take beta sitosterol as a preventative. Moreover, in my case, it seems to have alleviated a prostate condition arising from BPH.
