Directions:
Take 2 packs a day for 3 straight weeks. 1 pack on waking and the other 4-6 hours later. Follow a 3 weeks “on”. 1 week “off” cycle. After the week off. you can run it again. Packs should be taken with a small meal and you should stay well hydrated while on the product. The Stimulant Complex is in the red capsule and the Diuretic Complex is in the blue capsule.

On the 19th Month of December 2017; That would be the perfect product for the hard gainers. you just need to stack it with creatine and preferably with L-arganine and you will see amazing results no doubts.

On the 17th Month of May 2017; Most noticeable effects were bigger pumps, reduced muscle soreness. Less noticeable but still noticeable were strength, stamina and more vascular. Overall I like what this product does for me for the price!
