Dymatize BCAA Complex 2200 provides free form Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs) in their most easily assimilated form to support muscle development. Dymatize BCAA complex 2200 combines these highly efficient amino acids with nutritional cofactor in a 2:1:1 ratio which is the naturally-occurring ratio in muscle.
Other Ingredients
Maltodextrin, dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, polydextrose, crospovidone, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, medium chain triglycerides, silicon dioxide, hypromellose, talc.
Suggested Use
As a dietary supplement, take 4 caplets daily. For optimal results take 2 caplets 45 to 60 minutes prior to training and 2 additional caplets 15-30 minutes after training.

On the 3rd Month of Jan 2017; It works for me. With this product together with vitamins and fish oil. Honestly I cant really tell the difference from other brands. But after a long term of using them im only going by how I feel. Even though I might feel the same with other brands Im reviewing this cause Ive used it and I feel good with my results. Maybe when I try other brands then I can put up a more useful review comparing them.

On the 11th Month of August 2018; I just finished one pack of 400 tablets and I can say that I am absolutely satisfied. I am training 5-6 times a week, so I extremely needed some high quality BCAA product. I am using the Protein blend of Dymatize as well (Elite Fushion 7 and other before), so I can truly say that the Dymatize’s BCAA and protein products are high quality products. For me their prices are good and in long term they give good results. I am have been recovering faster and I gained some lean muscle mass. I would recommend the product to everyone. Also, I hope this comment would help anybody who is uncertain of buying it.
